About the Role

The Lounge Host is more than a server—you are the curator of the Teapot experience. From greeting guests with warmth to guiding them through our hemp-infused menu, you set the tone for an inviting, uplifting atmosphere. You’ll also help shape the vibe of the lounge by coordinating music, events, and social experiences that keep our community coming back.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, ensuring they feel at ease.

• Provide detailed knowledge of our hemp-infused drinks, food, and lounge offerings.

• Anticipate guest needs, creating a seamless, memorable experience.

• Assist in curating events, tastings, and themed evenings.

• Monitor lounge ambience (lighting, music, cleanliness) to uphold Teapot standards.

• Support team operations, including food and drink service.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience required.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a flair for creating memorable guest experiences.

• Interest in hemp wellness and a passion for community-driven hospitality.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible schedule, with availability for evenings and weekends.
