About the Role

As a Canabarista at Teapot Café Lounge, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer experience. You’ll craft hemp-infused drinks with precision, creativity, and care, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, relaxed, and inspired. From mastering our specialty lattes and teas to guiding guests through the unique hemp-infusion process, your role is as much about connection as it is about craft.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hemp-infused coffees, teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks to standard recipes.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and lounge area at all times.

• Engage with guests, offering product knowledge and recommendations tailored to individual tastes.

• Handle cash, card, and digital transactions with accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards.

• Support the team during peak hours with efficiency and positivity.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a barista or in hospitality is preferred, but not required—we provide training.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

• Interest in hemp wellness, plant-based living, or specialty café culture.
