From overseeing daily operations to inspiring the baristas, kitchen creatives, and hosts who make Teapot special, the Store Manager ensures that every shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves feeling connected.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support team members across bar, kitchen, and lounge operations.

• Manage scheduling, shift coverage, and daily staffing needs.

• Oversee financial performance, including cash handling, cost control, and sales goals.

• Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and wellness standards.

• Support hiring, training, and ongoing development of staff.

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and wellness-driven work environment.

• Collaborate with leadership on promotions, events, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in hospitality, retail, or food service.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a people-first mindset.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and operational workflows.

• Passion for café culture, wellness, and Cannabis Sativa–infused experiences.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and peak hours.

• Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
