Returns
We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@teapotcafelounge.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Refunds are only available for returned products that meet the following criteria:
- Product is unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- Return is initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product, please contact us at support@teapotcafelounge.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible at support@teapotcafelounge.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue quickly. We will provide a return label for damaged or incorrect items and cover the return shipping costs.
Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened products or items marked as final sale.
